If you are coordinating a show or shows, please fill in the following form and mail it to: Grapevine Publishing Inc., Attn: Lynn Zumstein, P.O. Box 1057, Plainfield, IL 60544 or fax to: 815-609-9241. You can also fill this out on the website at www.grpvne.com. A three line listing is free. Please fill out entire form (even for free listing) and it will be adjusted to the correct size. If you want any additional information listed, you may purchase 2 extra lines (a boxed ad) for $5.00 (see ad sheet for details). Please add this info in the comments section.
Listings will run from the time I receive your form until the event is held. The deadline is one month before the issue's publication date, i.e. June 1 for the July issue. Remember to allow enough time for the subscribers to request, receive and return the show applications before the show's deadline.
