If you are coordinating a show or shows, please fill in the following form or go to the printed form page for a form that you can mail or fax. A three line listing is free (professional promoters get 2 lines plus a listing in the “Promoter” section). If you want any additional information listed, you may purchase two additional lines for $5.00. Please add this information in the comments section.
Listings will run from the time I receive your form until the event is held. The deadline is one month before the issue’s publication date; e.g., June 1 for the July issue. Remember to allow enough time for the subscribers to request, receive and return the show applications before the show’s deadline.
